RCAC Responds to Governor Schwarzenegger's Request For Enforcement Delay |

RCAC Spokesperson Tom Kise:
The Responsible Clean Air Coalition applauds the Governor for recognizing the severity of this pending crisis and for calling on CARB to delay enforcement of these new regulations.
We call on CARB to heed the Governor's call for immediate action and take the necessary actions to prevent the closure of anywhere from 6,000 to 8,000 gas stations and the loss of thousands of jobs before April 1st.
